   1.      Elisabeth as the CEO of Hypermart

Elisabeth         : "Hello, please come in."

Putri                : "Hello Mam, thank you for inviting us. My name is Putri Ayudya the marketing
                          director from OVO and this is my co-worker."

Dinda              : "Hello Mam, my name is Dinda Nurul. I’m the marketing staff from OVO."

Elisabeth         : "Nice to meet you, my name is Elisabeth, I’m the CEO of hypermart. Please
have a seat."

Putri                : "Thank you, the reason we’re here is to invite you to cooperate with our
company."

Elisabeth         : "Oh what is that about?"

Putri                : "Our program is to gives people easy transactions (OVO Cash) and also
greater opportunities to collect points in many place (OVO Points)."

Elisabeth         : "So what is the benefit to our company and the customer?"

Dinda              : "For the customer the can gets disount, promotion and easy transaction. And for your company you can gain more interest from the customer."

Elisabeth         : "Can you explain the usage of OVO Points?"

Putri                : "The loyalty rewards obtained by OVO users in each transaction at various OVO
                          partner merchants and can be used again as payment at all OVO partner merchants."

Elisabeth         : "Oke. Can I ask your proposal for my document? And I will contact you for the next meeting."

Putri                : "Oke Mam, thank you for your time and you consideration."

CONVERSATION ON TELEPHONE

Cinthia : "Good morning. Is there anything i can help?"

Alma    : "Good morning, i’m Mrs. Alma the secretary of Mrs. Elisabeth, from PT. Hypermart,
i would like to speak with  Mrs. Putri the Director of OVO Company."

Cinthia : "Sorry Mrs. Alma but Mrs, Putri is not in her office. She is on business trip at
Manado. Is there any message you want to deliver to her?"
 
Alma    : "Yes, please tell Mrs. Elisabeth that we want to hold a meeting to discuss about the
cooperation between OVO and Hypermart."

Cinthia : "When will the meeting going to be held?"

Alma    : "The meeting will be held on Monday, October 14th, 2019 at 10:00 pm, located at
Mahardika Restaurant  Ahmad Yani street  No. 10, Jakarta."

Cinthia : "Oke, i will deliver the message to Mrs. Putri and for the confirmation, i will call you
back."

Alma    : "There are some files that must be carried by OVO."

Cinthia : "Oh, may i know  what file needs to be prepared?"
 
Alma    : "I will send it by email. May i know  the email address?"

Cinthia : "Its cs@ovo.id and is there anything i need to bring or submit?"

Alma    : "I think that’s enough. Oh, don’t forget to submit the presentation again. I’ll wait for
the confirmation as soon as possible."

Cinthia : "Oke, i will contact you after the message is received follow-up from our leaders."
Alma    : "Thank you."

Cinthia : "Your welcome."

There are many colours option such as white, pink, brown, and black. With expensive quality but you can get a cheap price. And also to top up OVO it can be easier, You don't need to top up OVO with the driver or via transfer. Enough via pulsa you can get the top up OVO and you can get many promo. Don’t regret it. Our stand is only a week here.

Elisabeth         : "Excuse me. Is it true that OVO released a new product?"

Dinda              : "Yes that’s true."

Elisabeth         : "I am interested in the release of OVO new products."

Dinda              : "How can I help you mam?"

Elisabeth         : "Yes, I’m planning to buy a phone. I want to find the latest phone for my type."

  brand. Please see first. This is the latest model of OVO phone."

Elisabeth         : "I am using Nokia but I’m not satisfied with this phone anymore. So i’m
  thinking to change my phone."

Dinda              : "You should try the OVO phone. It’s already in high demand."

Elisabeth         : "What kind of service does it offer?"
